User agreement. Definition

• Lasertechnology or Lasertechnology. 

The company provides repair services for diode lasers and other cosmetology equipment and provides them through the website lasertechnology.us;

• Service

Performing repairs of diode laser or cosmetology equipment by the Lasertechnology service center;

• Visitor

A person who visited the website lasertechnology.us;

• Client

A visitor who used the service of the Lasertechnology service center.

Payment

By paying for the Service, the Visitor confirms that she has carefully read this Agreement and understands the text of the Agreement.

The visitor pays in cash at the Lasertechnology service center or by transferring funds to Lasertechnology accounts. Payment is made in the national currency of Ukraine – hryvnia.
Payment for Services is made after their performance. Funds paid by the Client for services rendered are not refundable.

Guarantees

All services

Lasertechnology are provided with a warranty. You can familiarize yourself with them on the “Warranty” page.

Lasertechnology Service Center shall not be liable for any damages or losses (whether direct or indirect) or lost profits arising from the use or misuse of the Services.

Customer support

Support is extended to customers who have used the services of the Lasertechnology service center. Lasertechnology does not support any third-party service centers and workshops. Lasertechnology does not perform free work for customers.

By leaving your data on the website lasertechnology.us by filling in the fields of the contact form, Visitor: lasertechnology.us by filling in the fields of the contact form,

Visitor:

Confirms that the data indicated by him belong to him personally;

Confirms and acknowledges that he has carefully read this Agreement and understands the text of the Agreement;

Gives consent to the processing of personal data by the Site;

Agrees to the terms of personal data processing.

The visitor gives his consent to the processing of his personal data, namely the taking of actions provided for in the Bulletin of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VVR), 2010, No. 34, Art. 481 “On the protection of personal data”, and confirms that by giving such consent, he acts solely on his own will.

This consent of the visitor concerns the processing of the following personal data:

Surname, first name, patronymic;
Email addresses (e-mail);
Linking to a personal website or social network;
ip address.

The user grants Lasertechnology the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage within the terms of storage of reports established by regulatory documents, but not less than five years, from the date of termination of use of services by the User; clarification (update, change); using; destruction; depersonalization; transfer at the request of the court, including to third parties, in compliance with measures that ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.

This consent is valid for an indefinite period of time for the provision of data. The Agreement can be revoked by the Visitor by submitting an application to the Site owner specifying the data specified in Art. 481 of the Law “On Personal Data Protection”.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by the Visitor sending a corresponding order in a simple written form to the e-mail address (e-mail): lasertechnology.us@gmail.com.

The site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. The new version of the Agreement enters into force from the moment of its posting.

This Agreement and relations between the Visitor and the Site arising in connection with the use of the Agreement are subject to the law of Ukraine.
