Most Common Issues and How We Handle Them

The handpiece. particularly the diode stack. is the most common part to fail.
Power supplies and control boards are often damaged by voltage fluctuations, while overheating or mechanical stress can affect the control board as well.

Since handpiece replacement can be costly, we offer diode stack restoration or replacement. a cost-effective solution that saves both time and money.

Proper diagnostics are essential to determine the exact issue. Only after a detailed diagnostic can we proceed with component-level repair of the laser or cosmetic equipment.

Laser repair FAQ

How much does laser repair cost?
An on-site visit from our master engineer to inspect the machine starts at $150. A remote review by photo or video is free, but it is not an exact diagnosis. From there the engineer either comes to you or you ship the unit to our workshop.
Which laser brands do you repair?
We repair most major aesthetic and medical laser brands, including Candela, Alma, Lumenis, Cutera, Palomar and Cynosure, plus diode, IPL, Elos, SHR and Nd:YAG systems. Some brands lock their machines, error codes or access, so confirm your model with our master engineer first.
How long does a laser repair take?
On average a laser repair takes 1 to 3 days, depending on the complexity of the fault and whether the parts are in stock. We give you the expected timeline once the engineer has diagnosed the machine.
Do you offer on-site repair or do I ship the machine?
Both. A master engineer can come to you on-site from $150, or you ship the unit to our US workshop. A free remote photo or video review first helps us scope the fault before you choose.
Do you repair medical and aesthetic lasers, not just diode?
Yes. We service diode lasers, IPL, Elos, E-light, SHR and Nd:YAG systems, plus a range of aesthetic and medical laser equipment. If you are unsure whether we cover your machine, send us the brand and model and we will confirm.
