Refund and Returns Policy

General information

Our refund and return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

There are certain situations where reimbursement is only partially provided:

Product with clear signs of use
Any item not in original condition, damaged or with parts missing due to reasons beyond our fault.
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically charged within a certain number of days.

Late or missing reimbursement

If you still haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time to process the data before the refund is credited.

Discounted products

Only regular priced items are eligible for return. Discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchange

We only replace goods if they are faulty.

Return with delivery

To return the product, you must send it by mail to Mykhailo Hrushevskyi 38
Dnipro, Dnipropetrovsk region – Ukraine, 49000.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you can use tracked shipping or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
